Setting up an Arizona S Corporation

Picture of Arizona S Corporation Kit BundleWe’ve created a couple of do-it-yourself S corporation kits which Arizona small businesses and their owners can use to operate as S corporations.

Note: As you probably know if you’re reading this, an S corporation often allows a business owner to save on self-employment and Obamacare taxes either on the annual operating profits or at the time a business is profitably sold.

The Arizona S Corporation kit

Our recommended kit uses a limited liability company as the foundation of an Arizona s-corporation.  We like the LLC foundation because the LLC’s governance is easier, as illustrated by the relatively straightforward operating agreement you get in our kit, but you can also use a corporation as the base entity before making the s-election.

No matter which kit you use, you get complete instructions for forming the entity — including the steps for filing your documents with the state of Arizona, the steps for instantly obtaining a federal employer identification number (EIN), and the process for successfully making the Subchapter S election.

Click below if you are interested in the LLC version of the kit:

If you want to use a traditional corporation as the base for your s-corporation, that is available by clicking the button below:

Money Back Guarantee

Each and every kit we sell comes with a money back guarantee.  That means should you buy it, read it over, and realize “This is more difficult than I thought,” send us a line and we can issue a refund.
